Summary:The invention relates to an inter-spine vertebral implant that comprises first and second bearings (2, 3) defining in their central portion respective members (7, 8) for attachment to the spine apophysis of two respective vertebrae, the attachment members (7, 8) being located in the same sagittal plane (P), first and second elastically members (4) compressible in the rachis direction, the elastically compressible members (4) being provided between the first and second bearings (2, 3) on either side of the sagittal plane (P), characterised in that it further comprises first and second rigid guiding members (10) about which are respectively provided the first and second elastically deformable members (4) each of said guiding members (10) being connected at both ends thereof to the bearings (2, 3) and including, at one end thereof at least, an abutment (13) for interacting with the abutment (14) of the corresponding bearing (3) for limiting the spacing of the bearings (2, 3) in the rachis direction.
