Summary:The present invention discloses a fixing device, fixed on a surface. The fixing device comprises a cupule, a rack, a gear, a shift-to-rotation unit, a slip-resistance unit and a casing. The rack is connected with the cupule. The gear is engaged with the rack. The shift-to-rotation unit is connected with the gear, rotates the gear to push the rack to shift between a first position and a second position, when the rack is in the first position, the rack pulls the cupule, in order to generate a suction force; when the rack is in the second position, the suction force of the cupule to the surface is released. The slip-resistance unit is connected with the rack, and limits the position of the rack. The gear, the rack and the slip-resistance unit are all arranged in the casing.
