The invention discloses an locating connector for an injection machine and a mould, comprising a cross-shaped retaining nest (2) which is disposed on a backup plate of the injection machine (1) and across-shaped locating block (5) which is matched with the retaining nest (2) and is disposed on a fixing plate (4) of the mould (3). The cross-shaped locating block (5) is fixed by screw after being arranged in the cross-shaped retaining nest (2). The injection machine and the mould can be exactly located and can be fixedly connected by the locating connector of the invention, wherein the diameterof the injection hole of the injection machine and the diameter of funnel hole of the mould are small, so the deformation of plastic products, which is caused by the plastics flowing into the feed inlet due to super-high pressure in the mould, is prevented. The invention can be used for manufacturing the high-class plastic products.
