Summary:The invention discloses a method for the storage and read/write control of a memory for processing binocular stereoscopic-displaying videos. The method ensures that the read-out data can meet the requirements for decoding and stereoscopic dual-output and greatly increase the utilization rate and bandwidth of SDRAM (synchronous dynamic random access memory) by reasonably designing a controlling part and using only one 4-bank frame memory SDRAM, wherein, two banks thereof are used for storing 8 fields of composite video signals and the other two banks thereof are used for storing 4 fields of decoded YUV4:2:2 signals.
