Summary:The invention discloses a multifunctional DrMOS, which is characterized by comprising an upper bridge component, a lower bridge component, a driving circuit and a balancing device, wherein the upper bridge component is connected between a first voltage and a phase node; the lower bridge component is connected between the phase node and a second voltage; the driving circuit drives the upper bridgecomponent and the lower bridge component to generate an output load current according to a control signal; and the balancing device adjusts the output load current. The multifunctional DrMOS has the advantages of a current balancing mechanism, a temperature balancing mechanism and a variable phase mechanism.
