The invention provides a high-temperature high-pressure jacket type cyclone separation device, which comprises a cyclone separator (6) and a closed pressure vessel shell, wherein the cyclone separator (6) is arranged in the closed pressure vessel shell, and an inlet (6b), a riser (6a) and a dipleg (6c) of the cyclone separator extend out of the corresponding positions of the shell respectively and are connected with external pipelines. To make the prior cyclone separator adapt to the high-pressure working condition, a high-pressure medium is filled in a jacket space (7) between the prior cyclone separator (6) and the closed pressure vessel shell. In addition, to improve wear-resistant and high temperature-resistant properties, the inner wall of the prior cyclone separator is provided with a heat-insulating wear-resistant lining.
