Summary:A photographing apparatus performs quick switching and photographs an image which is seamless on a switched reproduction screen, in the case of performing photographing by switching to high-speed photographing during photographing at a normal frame rate. Prior to switching, in the photographing apparatus, a diaphragm is transited to the one with which an exposure quantity equivalent to that priorto switching is ensured even in an exposure time which can be ensured for high-speed photographing, and to an exposure time which can be ensured in high-speed photographing.
