The invention relates to an online detection system of switchgear, comprising a CPU, a temperature sensing system, a mechanical and insulated signal input unit, a switching value input unit and a switching value output unit. The temperature sensing system is connected with a temperature detection signal input end for detecting the temperature information of a key point of power equipment; the mechanical and insulated signal input unit is connected with the CPU for detecting the state and the insulating condition of a high-voltage switch cabinet; and the switching value input unit and the switching value output unit are connected with a switching signal end of the CPU for monitoring the switchgear. The online detection system accurately measures the temperature of the key point of power equipment in real time and rapidly outputs a corresponding switching signal to execute corresponding action and confirm the safety of a power system.
