Summary:The invention discloses a preparation method of enteromorpha extract capable of inhibiting prococentrum marinum and phaeodactylum tricornutum bohlin and can inhibit the red tide caused by prococentrummarinum and phaeodactylum tricornutum bohlin efficiently with low cost. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adopting fresh enteromorpha as raw material, adding distilled water to grind or pound to pieces, adding boiled seawater, centrifugating, centrifugating twice the obtained supernatant and finally obtaining the extract. The enteromorpha extract is added in rapidly increasingprococentrum marinum and phaeodactylum tricornutum bohlin and the maximum inhibition rate can reach 48-84% when the concentration of the extract is 0.6-1.0 g/L. the method has simple operation, low cost, environmental friend, high efficiency and high popularization and use value.
