Summary: | The invention provides an eight-terminal voltammetry measuring method of direct current resistance, particularly comprising the following steps: connecting two measuring elements respectively at two ends of a measured power device, wherein the internal resistances of the four measuring elements are respectively R1, R2, R3 and R4, and the direct current resistance of the measured power device is Rs; respectively inputting direct current to two different measuring elements and sampling voltage therethrough, and working out six groups of resistances which respectively are Ru, Rv, Rw, Rx, Ry and Rz; getting the following equations according to the current route: Ru = R1 + R3, Rv = R2 + R4, Rw = R1 + Rs + R2, Rx = R1 + Rs + R4, Ry = R2 + Rs + R3, Rz = R3 + Rs + R4; gathering the equations to get that Rs = [Rw + Rx + Ry + Rz - 2(Ru + Rv)]/4.The method has the advantages of ingenious design, simple operation step, convenient measurement and accurate measuring data. |
