The invention relates to a method and equipment for continuous solid-state fermentation and gas-stripping heat-pump coupling separation of a product. The method comprises the following steps: utilizing spiral conveyors to realize continuous charging and discharging; utilizing gas stripping solid-state fermentation to separate a fermentation product online; obtaining the fermentation product through the coupling separation of a heat pump and the gas stripping; and recycling the fermentation product entrained in an exhaust gas by an absorption system.
