The invention relates to a Yinyuan musical instrument. The Yinyuan musical instrument comprises a round keyboard; the circumference of the round keyboard is divided into 12 parts so as to obtain 12 positions; according to the pitch sequence of semitones, the 12 positions correspond to 12 notes of 12 law of averages; 1 to 7 layers of keys are arranged on the radii of the 12 positions respectively to form 1 to 7 concentric circles which represent 1 to 7 octaves; the inside or outside of the round keyboard is provided with an MIDI sound source; and when the keys are pressed down, the circuit is switched on, the MIDI information is sent, and the MIDI sound source is excited to send out the note sounds corresponding to the keys. The notes of the corresponding music score are modified according to the position names of the corresponding keys to form the Yinyuan music score. The physical distances between the notes corresponding to each two keys are the same, so that the musical interval relationship can be convenie
