Summary: | The invention provides an enzyme modified electrode based on a sol gel layer and a preparation method thereof. The enzyme modified electrode is obtained through the steps of preparation of SiO2 sol gel precursor solution, preparation of a dispersing liquid of a carbon nano-tube, treatment of an electrode, formation of sol-gel/multi-wall carbon nano-tube membrane, absorption of enzyme and post-treatment of the modified electrode. The invention realizes immobilization of horseradish peroxidase through the sol gel layer and realizes direct electronic transmission between the enzyme and the electrode through adding the multi-wall carbon nano-tube into the sol gel layer, thereby successfully building the third generation of a biosensor with high sensitivity. |
