The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding aquilaria wood into fine medicinal powder for standby, soaking Chinese ephedra, wild ginger, white paeony root, cassia twig, licorice, pinellia ternata, schisandra fruit, almond, baikal skullcap root, dandelion, isatis leaf, orange twig, ginger and perilla seed by water, decocting, removing residues to obtain filtrate, then adding the fine powder of the lignum aquilariae resinatrm into the filtrate, and boiling off.
