By introducing certain substituents to different positions of ligand benzoxazolyl to regulate MOMO and LUMO orbits of the complex and photoelectric performance parameters such as emission wavelength and the like, the organic electroluminescent element using the complex can emit light with different colors. The element has high light emitting efficiency, high luminance and high color purity.
