Summary:The invention discloses a queue scheduling method and a queue scheduling device, wherein, the queue scheduling method comprises the following steps: acquiring signal to interference noise ratio (SINR) of user equipment in the queue and average rate R1 of the user equipment for some time in the past; determining rate R2 that the user equipment currently reaches in accordance with the SINR, and computing priority of the user equipment in accordance with R1 and R2; and scheduling the user equipment in the queue in accordance with the computed priority. The invention can be adapted to wire communication system or wireless communication system that requires management of scheduling priority of queue, and can reasonably schedule the user equipment in the queue in order to improve efficiency in scheduling the queue.
