A product prepared by the method has high purification rate and good quality; and byproducts produced during the production such as removed foreign protein, a centrifugal precipitate as well as used ethanol and pure water can be recovered and utilized and are not discharged, so no 'threewastes' pollute the environment, the resources are fully utilized and production cost is further reduced.
