Summary: | The invention discloses a 10-kilovolt insulated circuit operating rod type bypass working method and a special device. The device comprises two groups of devices; each group of operating device comprises an operating rod and a puncture wire clamp which is connected to a mounting head at the top end of the operating rod; the remote control of the operating rod can be realized by an extension rod; and during construction, a worker can clamp the two groups of puncture wire clamps to insulated leads at two sides of a defective device through the operating rod, and the puncture wire clamps realizeelectric conduction with the insulated leads respectively so as to realize the bypass conduction of the insulated leads through a drainage wire between the two groups of puncture wire clamps.
