Summary:A method for roller adjustment in a printing press includes providing a first roller (1), a second roller (2) and a third roller (3). The second roller (2) bears both against the first roller (1) and against the third roller (3) and is oriented in an axially nonparallel manner relative to the third roller (3). The first roller (1) is displaced into a position in which the first roller (1) is oriented in an axially nonparallel manner relative to the third roller (3). A dampening unit for carrying out the method is also provided.
