Summary: | The invention provides a detecting method of ion pairs in a water|1, 2-dichloroethane system. Cyclic voltammetry is performed to a platinum working electrode, a platinum pair electrode and a reference electrode on a water|1, 2-dichloroethane interface to obtain the cyclic voltammogram of irregular current. The method has the advantages that the used instruments are simple, the chemical consumption is small, and the method has high flexibility and is easy for experiment operation. The utilization of the method to detect ion pairs formed by iron ions and tetraphenyl borate ions plays an active role in recognizing the structure of a liquid/liquid interface and in the biochemical application. |
