The invention discloses a method for producing probiotics-containing aquatic microcapsule feed, aiming at solving survival probability of the probiotics in high temperature and high humidity environment and adding the probiotics to the aquatic microcapsule feed to produce the probiotics-containing aquatic microcapsule feed suitable for shrimps, crabs, young fish and the like. The method comprises the following steps: raw feed is ground into ultrafine powder of the feed; the probiotics is adsorbed into pores of micro-porous starch to be prepared into micro-porous adsorbate; the mixture of the micro-porous adsorbate and the ultrafine powder is taken as a core material, and the aqueous solution of gelatin and Arabic gum is taken as a wall-material coating; the wall-material coating and the core material are prepared into a probiotics-containing microcapsule by the spray drying process; the microcapsule is cooled, sieved and warehoused to prepare the probiotics-containing aquatic microcapsule feed.
