The invention relates to a quick-change device for a converter oxygen lance. The quick-change device comprises a chassis fixed on an oxygen vehicle and also comprises an oxygen lance bracket, an oxygen pin boss, a water inlet pin boss, a water return pin boss, guide pins and a semispherical pit which are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the chassis; the oxygen pin boss, the water inlet pin boss and the water return pin boss are juxtaposedly arranged at one side of the chassis, and the guide pins are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the water inlet pin boss and the water return pin boss; the reversed U-shaped oxygen lance bracket is arranged at the other side of the chassis, and the semispherical pit is arranged on a square plate at the lower part of the chassis.
