Summary:A short-circuit protection circuit comprises a circuit output line, an amplifier, a feedback resistor R1 and a feedback resistor R2. The short-circuit protection circuit is characterize by consisting of an output current sampling circuit, a reference current sampling circuit, a current detection circuit and a short-circuit current turn-off circuit. The short-circuit protection circuit has the following advantages: (1) adopting current mirror image structure without resistors, thus reducing area, outputting output current and input current according to a certain proportion and improving currentaccuracy of the short-circuit protection circuit; (2) being not affected by machining angle of the line and resistance deviation, thus improving accuracy; (3) adopting an amplifier mode, thus havingquick response speed; (4) having simple circuit structure, easy implementation and high reliability; and (5) being suitable for various circuit systems which need overcurrent or short-circuit protection.
