The invention discloses a papermaking wastewater treatment device. The device comprises a grid, a preliminary sedimentation tank, an adjusting tank, an aeration biological filter, an A/O tank and a secondary sedimentation tank which are connected through pipelines in sequence. The papermaking wastewater is pretreated and then is treated by the aeration biological filter and the A/O tank, the quality of the yielding water after treatment can be greatly improved to achieve the water quality standard of the reused, so that the water can be reused, the recirculation of the water after treatment can be realized and the waste of the water resources is reduced.
