The invention provides a cement-based grouting material with a damping vibration attenuation function, comprising the following components according to the parts by weight: 25-60 of cement, 40-80 of sand, 0-20 of fly ash, 0.25-2.5 of water reducing agent, 0-10 of expanding agent and 10-50 of vibration attenuation granules. The invention has the advantages that: (1) the cement-based grouting material has the obvious damping vibration attenuation function, therefore, equipment vibration can be reduced after construction; (2) the damage on the grouting material and base concrete by the equipment vibration can be reduced; and (3) noise caused by the equipment vibration can be reduced.
