Summary:A scale inhibiting method of extraction apparatus in the wet phosphoric acid purifying process includes: adding additive agent extraction apparatus scale formation powder or calcium sulphate powder or 93% of concentrated sulfuric acid in the feed acidity of the wet phosphoric acid purify process extraction process, breaking the 'medium safe state' of the feed phosphoric acid, shorting its induction phase, speeding up calcium sulphate deposition, thereby stoping the scale formation on the extraction apparatus; the extraction apparatus scale formation powders are taken dorm form the extraction apparatus, soaking with water, washing, wherein, the scale block is collapsed into powder, drying, flour milling, sifting to obtain the power. The scale formation powder grain fineness number is 60-100 mesh, the added amount is 1-3g feed acidity per 100mL; and the added amount of the calcium sulphate is 0.2%-5.0% of the feed phosphoric acid; and the sulfuric acid dosage is 1-5 times of calcium ion content.
