The invention discloses a battery cover structure and an electronic device adopting the same. The battery cover structure comprises a cover body and a pressing body. The cover body is provided with a sleeve seat and a stopper post. The sleeve seat consists of a top wall and two side walls. The two side walls, the top wall and the cover body enclose an accommodating cavity. Each side wall of the sleeve seat adopts a stepped structure and comprises a first stepped wall and a second stepped wall.
