The seat is further arranged with a guiding groove (8) from upside to downside along the height direction of the seat in the armrest (4, 5) or on the armrest (4, 5). The guiding groove (8) is used to guide a protruding part (9) arranged on the table element (6) in upwards moving process and downwards moving process.
