The invention provides a high-precision coder mounting connecting device, which comprises a rigid connecting piece (4) and an elastic strip (2). One end of the rigid connecting piece (4) is positioned and mounted with a measurement shaft, and the other end is in clearance socket joint with the coder. The end of the rigid connecting piece (4), connected with the coder, is provided with at least two rows of micrometric regulating screws (1) radially arranged, and each row is provided with three screws which are uniformly distributed along the periphery. One end of the elastic strip (2) is connected with a shell (3) of the coder, and the other end is connected with a fixed base (5).
