Summary:The invention relates to a gearbox shift operating mechanism, comprising a reversing seat, a handle lever, a magnet and a control circuit. The handle lever is connected with the reversing seat in a rotary way and is provided with an operation position; the magnet is arranged at the bottom end of the handle lever and is provided with a movement position corresponding to the operation position; thecontrol circuit is provided with a magnetic field sensor which is arranged corresponding to the movement position of the magnet; the magnetic field sensor senses the movement of the magnet and outputs position signals; the control circuit obtains a shift control signal based on the position signals. The shift signal obtained by the invention is accurate, the mechanical wear is avoided and the service life is effectively extended.
