Summary:The invention provides an organic luminescent material which is a diphenyl phosphoric oxide dimethylamine amidine compound. A preparation method of the organic luminescent material comprises the following steps that 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexamethyl disilazane lithium amide is reacted with N,N-dimethyl amino-nitrile in the absence of oxygen and water and is then reacted with diphenyl phosphonium chloride and hydrogen peroxide. The material has excellent florescence performance within the visible wavelengths and can obtain the transmitted wave with the wavelength of 380-480 nm when the material is excited by lights with the wavelength of 320-370nm.
