Summary:The invention discloses a child seat that can adjust inclined angle of the seat and spring function, comprising: a frame, a seat pivoted on the frame, an inclination adjusting mechanism mounted on the seat and a limit element as well as a spring mechanism mounted between the seat and the frame. The inclination adjusting mechanism moves selectively at a lock state or a lock-releasing state. When the inclination adjusting mechanism is in the lock state, the seat can moves freely related to the frame. The limit element can maintain the inclination adjusting mechanism in the lock-releasing state.When the limit element maintains the lock-releasing state in the lock-releasing state, the spring mechanism makes the seat stressed to spring along a direction related to the frame.
