Summary:The invention relates to a set of complete experiment system for estimating the mechanical property of tyre rubber in complex stress state. The experiment system comprises material tests including uniaxial tension test, equal biaxial tension test and planar tension (pure shearing) test, and the data recorded by the tests include CCD images (including time), tension force and a time curve. The experiment system comprises the following steps: adopting a digital image processing program to obtain a relation curve of strain and time; obtaining stress strain curve data through time corresponding relation; and obtaining a stress strain curve after smoothing by means of regression analysis program. The experiment system is suitable for mechanical property test of rubber in complex stress state.
