The preparation method for the almond oil microcapsule is as follows: the first step, the almond oil and tween-80 are mixed in proportion and prepared into water solution, and gelatin is dissolved into distilled water to prepare gelatin water solution; the second step, emulsion used as core material is added into the gelatin water solution which is stirred continuously, being heated and stirred, acetic acid is added in to regulate pH value, then the solution is solidified and treated by tannic acid for 40 minutes and put into a vacuum dry box, and after drying yellowish almond oil microcapsule powder can be finally obtained. |
