Summary:The invention discloses a print media check module, comprising a first conducting element, a second conducting element and a detector. The first conducting element is coupled with a first reference voltage level. The detector is provided with a detecting port, is coupled with the second conducting element and a second reference voltage level and is used for detecting whether a non-conducting print medial is input between the first conducting element and the second conducting element to cause that the first conducting element is not connected with the second conducting element electrically according to the electrical characteristic of the detecting port. The first conducting element and the second conducting element are connected with each other electrically in an initial state, and the first reference voltage level is different from the second reference voltage level.
