Summary: | The invention provides a chemical machining method for grease, which comprises the following steps: the grease reacts with micromolecular organic acid ester in the presence of alkali-bearing catalyst or alkali-free catalyst, and fatty acid alkyl ester and micromolecular glyceride are collected. Compared with the prior art, the chemical machining method for the grease has the advantages that: firstly, the mutual solubility of the micromolecular organic acid ester and the grease is good, so that the chemical machining method solves the problems of large mass transfer resistance and low reactionefficiency due to poor mutual solubility of alcohol and the grease in the prior art; and secondly, glycerol is converted into the micromolecular glyceride, so that the chemical machining method has wide application scope and overcomes the defects of large recovery difficulty of the glycerol, high energy consumption and poor recovery effect in the prior art. |
