Summary:A DC/DC converter comprises a switching element (such as MOS transistor), an LC low-pass filter composed of inductors and capacitors, and a control circuit for controlling the on/off time sequence of the switching element to set the output voltage as predetermined voltage value. A series circuit (as buffer circuit) composed of resistors and switches is further connected to the inductors in parallel. The circuit is controlled to connect and disconnect to connect the resistors to the inductors in parallel in the resonance mode of the LC low-pass filter. Therefore, energy in the inductors can be consumed rapidly in the instance of using no larger circuit scale to avoid the occurrence of ringing.
