The invention provides a method for producing aerated concrete from phosphate slag, and relates to a method for producing porous concrete. Yellow phosphorus slag taken as a silicious raw material and lime and phosphogypsum taken as calcareous materials are added with cement and aluminum powder to prepare mixture; and the mixture is evenly mixed by water to produce the aerated concrete according to the prior method. The flow of the method comprises material preparing process, material blending process, casting process, cutting process, and autoclave maintaining process. The method has the advantages that the method establishes a new approach for phosphate slag utilization, is favorable for comprehensive utilization of phosphate chemical waste, and the improvement on environment of phosphate chemical enterprises, and is suitable for enterprises needing to discharge phosphate slag.
