The pump body is connected with a liquid-gas inlet check valve and a liquid-gas outlet check valve respectively; the lower part of the plunger is provided with a plunger magnet, and the lower part of the pump body is provided with a pump body magnet; the plunger magnet is a permanent magnet or a direct current electromagnet; and the pump body magnet is a permanent magnet or a direct current electromagnet.
