Summary:The invention relates to full MDI polyurethane slow rebound foam which is characterized by being prepared by the following raw materials: a. MDI system isocyanate with the functionality degree of 2.1 to 2.5; b. polyether polyatomic alcohol component; c. a foaming agent; d. a catalyst; and e. a surfactant. The mechanical property of the foam is manifested by that in a stress-strain testing curve, the stress increases quite slightly or is basically unchanged with the increase (10 percent to 40 percent) of the strain, which shows the characteristic of the zero pressure of the slow rebound foam. The prepared foam has the specific stress relaxation performance and comfort of the slow rebound foam and is applicable to household items such as pillow interiors, backrests, mattresses, and the like.
