Summary: | The invention discloses an intra-laser wire feeding cladding method which adopts an intra-laser wire feeder. A conscope is used for transforming a laser beam emitted from a laser to an annular light beam, and then an annular focus lens is used for focusing the annular light beam to become an annularly tapered light beam and a tapered hollow aphotic zone is formed in the annularly tapered light beam. A wire feeding pipe is arranged in the aphotic zone and is coaxial to the annularly tapered light beam. When in operation, thread material in the center of the annularly tapered light beam is coaxially and vertically sent into a molten pool on a processing surface so as to realize intra-laser coaxial wire feeding. The method can change the defects, caused by the existing outer-light wire feeding technological method, of complex and uncontrollable wire feeding and orientation alignment, defocusing fluctuation of light beam during the wire feeding, changes in thermal action of the thread material caused by scanning |
