Summary:The invention discloses a transformer-supplied area power-cut notifying machine. The machine adopts the interruption of mains supply as a detection signal, and a mains supply is connected with a control circuit through the DC power signal of a power-cut detection circuit to allow a dialing unit to remain in stand-by status; at the same time, a DC power charges a battery through a charging circuit, and the charging circuit supplies power to the dialing unit; in case of interruption of mains supply, the DC power signal is absent, and the control circuit adjusts the dialing unit to dialing status; and the battery is used for supplying power to the dialing unit, and the dialing unit dials the number of a preset mobile phone or a preset fixed phone by means of wireless or telephone wire long-distance dialing; therefore, following the power-cut, trip and closedown of the transformer-supplied area, a wired or wireless dialing unit can be instantly used for automatically making a phone call to notify an electrician o
