The invention discloses a battery connecting device, comprising connecting blocks made of insulated material and installed at the ends of a battery. Both ends of the connecting block are respectively provided with serial connecting mechanisms. The periphery of the connecting block is respectively provided with parallel connecting mechanisms internally provided with conducting strips electrically connected with the ends of the battery. The conducting strip is also led out to a mating surface of the parallel connecting mechanism such that two conducting strips of the connecting block are electrically connected when two batteries respectively provided with the connecting blocks are connected in parallel. The invention can serially or parallelly connect each monomer battery in modularization like toy bricks. A battery set composed in connection does not need welding connection between electrodes and assemble fixing among batteries, thereby having convenient operation and reliable safety.
