Summary: | The invention discloses a high frequency low temperature sintering ceramic dielectric material and a preparation method of an obtained capacitor, which is composed of principal crystalline phase, property-modifying additive and sintering fluxing agent, and the constitutional formula of the principal crystalline phase is Mg1-xZnxTiO3, wherein X is no less than 0.75 and is no more than 0.9; the property-modifying additive is one or several of Nb2O5, Al2O3, MnO and CaO; the sintering fluxing agent is one or several of B2O3, SiO2, K2O, Bi2O, Li2O and CuO. The ceramic dielectric material is in line with NPO characteristic, and has high material dispersivity, good processing property and environmental protection; when MLCC products are made of the materials, the sintering temperature is low, the grain fineness distribution of the ceramic dielectric material is uniform, the grain growth is uniform and dense and the products have zero defect or fewer defects. |
