The present invention relates to an indoor artificial preservation method of synonycha grandis adults in a wintering period. The method is characterized in that an outdoor wintering environment of the synonycha grandis adults is simulated indoors, a large amount of the synonycha grandis adults in sugar cane fields are collected in late November every year before cold winter and put in the indoor wintering environment, bred by an artificial feed and protected for wintering; the simulated wintering environment is formed by vertically putting 6-8 sections of withered sugar cane sheaths with the length to be 15-20cm in a glass tank with the size that is 18cm is multiplied by 30cm, and arranging a petri dish with the diameter to be 5cm at the tank bottom.
