The invention discloses a method of deep cement soil stirring stake filling slurry stopping water in pressure water area. The method comprises the steps: curtains are formed on the construction cement soil deep stirring stakes around the hole-drilling water outflow point, the curtains of the stakes are designed in two to four rows, and the stakes in rows are closely contacted; after curtains are formed, a deep groove is excavated on the top of the stake, steel bars are evenly distributed in the groove and bends towards the centre of the curtains, thus to form a radiated steel bar net then, concrete is cast to form a cover plate; slurry injection is performed in the curtain to solidify stratum; the valve of the diversion pipe is tried to be close, when no seepage water appears outside the diversion pipe, and the water stopping is accomplished. The method can effectively solve the problem that the pressure water outflows massively, and can eliminate the potential risks possibly caused for the prior buildings, t
