Summary:Disclosed is a pretreatment method for biomass material, which comprises the steps: by adopting a nanometer grinding device, corn leaves and straw stalks are ground with the size rang between 10 micrometres to 20 micrometres, so the cellulose crystal thereof is exposed on the surface to be directly hydrolyzed with a hydrolysis efficiency of 96 percent which is identical to that of the sample split through the splitting method of phosphoric acid acetone. The pretreatment method can replace other pretreatment methods requiring chemical reagent, both the cost and the environmental pollution are reduced, and the pretreatment method is a promising raw material pretreatment technique which utilizes lignocellulose to produce biological energy sources or useful chemicals.
