Summary: | The invention provides a battery charge timing protection circuit, comprising a battery body, an external charging circuit, a battery protection chip and peripheral circuits. The peripheral circuits comprise field effect transistors Q1 and Q2, resistances R1 and R2 and capacitances C1, C2 and C3. The resistance R1 and the capacitance C1 provide stable working power supply for the battery protection chip, and the capacitance C3 is used for setting delay time for an overcharge delay trigger end Ct of the battery protection chip.
