Summary:The invention discloses a circular-polarization changing color anti-fake ink not containing interference pigment and having light-variation effect and a preparation method thereof. The ink comprises compositions such as a liquid crystal material, a resin, a filler and a solvent and so on, wherein the liquid crystal material is made from a cholesteric liquid crystal material which comprises a laevorotary and/or dextrorotatory cholesteric liquid crystal material or a mixture or a polymer of the cholesteric liquid crystal material.
