Summary: | The invention relates to a health yellow wine and the preparation process thereof, particularly an acanthopanax bark low-alcoholicity health yellow wine. Each 1,000g of the health yellow wine comprises the following components: 20-80g of black jujube extract, 30-100g of medlar extract, 5-40g of acanthopanax bark extract, 600-900g of the yellow wine, and water in balancing amount.
